Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Strong verbal communication and data presentation skills.
• At least 1 year of professional experience using computer-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & schedule management: coordinate complex calendars and priorities.
• Provider onboarding: end-to-end onboarding, system access and training.
• Meeting coordination: prepare recaps and track follow-up actions.
• Event planning: plan large in-person meetings and logistics.
• Patient & customer relations: address concerns with empathy and policy adherence.
