Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Manager of Integrated Data Analytics to lead a skilled team delivering actionable insights, predictive models, and data-driven tools aligned with health plan strategy and operations.

You will partner with business, clinical, product, finance, and operational stakeholders to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring staff and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent health care management, business, finance, health services research, computer science, mathematics, statistics, informatics, biostatistics, nursing or related area of health care focus.
• Master's degree or equivalent related field.
• 3 years of relevant supervisory, management or project leadership experience.
• 5 years of relevant healthcare, business, information services, or data analytics experience.
• 3 years of relevant proven experience producing reports for multiple audiences including the board of directors, administration, physician and nursing leadership.
• 3 years of relevant data extraction experience from clinical information systems.
• 3 years of relevant experience managing teams with disparate roles and focuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern analytics strategy and prioritization.
• Develop predictive models and decision intelligence capabilities.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to measure program outcomes and ROI.
• Establish data quality, stewardship, and documentation standards.
• Ensure 24/7/365 availability and reliable data assets.
