Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR/operations experience, preferably in healthcare or highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading a team or cross-functional operations is preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the compliance and accountability team to meet quality, service, and regulatory objectives.
• Oversee the employment lifecycle compliance, document verification, audits, onboarding, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory accreditation standards.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive data-informed improvements and accountability.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and leadership to address compliance gaps and drive policy enhancements.
