Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field is required or preferred.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in project coordination for a managed care environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Project Management certification preferred; proficiency in MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists department leadership in areas for improvement and documents business processes.
• Researches best practices and compiles information to support change and monitor performance.
• Provides operational support through research, data collection and analysis to identify productivity, cost savings, utilization, satisfaction and market share improvements.
• Interacts with other Community First Health Plans departments to align efforts.
• Helps ensure operations and project management processes enable meeting business objectives.
