Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing and current RN licensure.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience ensuring ESRD/ dialysis quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives within the unit.
• Provides leadership, coaching and development plans for staff and collaborates with HR on personnel matters.
• Ensures compliance with ESRD regulations and Quality Assessment and Improvement programs.
