Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RN licensure in good standing.
• 6–8 years related experience with at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical nursing experience; dialysis nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives with cost, methods, and staffing accountability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development plans for direct reports; partner with HR on employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with ESRD regulations and Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI) programs.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team; ensure timely care plans and staffing.
• Maintain medical records integrity and aid in data collection and reporting.
