Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the support services operations in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, ensuring the highest level of service.

The role requires establishing standards, planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising staff, conducting inspections, and monthly reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Reports goals and accomplishments monthly.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical Waste, Recycling).
