Responsibilities

• Directs, administers, and coordinates operational activities to meet goals.
• Oversees delivery of durable medical equipment to clients and facilities.
• Manages warehouse operations and ordering processes.
• Implements policies and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leads Medical Delivery Technicians and Warehouse Technicians.
• Ensures on-time deliveries and accurate open order follow-ups.
• Maintains inventory levels and tracks stock.
• Utilizes routing software to manage orders and routes.
• Establishes on-call schedules and monitors coverage.
• Drives continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
