Medline Industries is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in New York. You will oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, supervise staff, and ensure procedures are followed accurately.

Responsibilities include coaching a team on productivity, quality, and safety, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with customer service to resolve issues. Minimum 3 years supervisory and warehouse experience required.

Formación

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse.
• Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Audit goods received into warehouse and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
