Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environments; healthcare/pharma exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily workflows: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements (FDA, DEA).
• Optimize labor utilization and resource allocation to meet goals and service levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Audit inventory accuracy and operational processes regularly.
• Generate and analyze KPI reports to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with customer service, QA, and transportation for seamless operations.
• Address and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
