Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of academic healthcare experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, oversees, evaluates, trains and monitors department staff.
• Manages customer service, accounts payable, purchasing, and office operations.
• Assists in the preparation of department budget, ensures compliance, and identifies cost reductions.
• Provides recommendations on strategy and operational initiatives to senior staff.
• Ensures department compliance with policies and regulations.
