Embedding VC is seeking an operator to scale our care-platform business in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end operations, align product, engineering, and clinical teams, and drive speed, quality, and customer outcomes.

You should thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional settings, design scalable workflows, and partner with leadership to turn strategic bets into repeatable processes. A long-term, patient-centric mindset is essential as we grow toward hundreds of customers.

Qualifications

• Built or scaled end-to-end operational systems, ideally within a healthcare, regulated, or complex-workflow environment.
• Designed and optimized cross-functional processes spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
• Worked closely with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop or refine workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Created and maintained scalable, data-driven workflows that enhance the patient, customer, or user journey.
• Conducted market research, competitive analysis, and market expansion planning to inform product strategy.
• Bonus: Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products or AI-driven operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing design and execution of scalable operational workflows across product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to turn strategic bets into repeatable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, craft strategies, and drive speed and quality in delivery.
