Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and activities of the prior authorization and pre-arrival team.
Review daily reports to prioritize work and ensure timely workflow and exceptional customer service.
Research and resolve elevated issues with stakeholders to maintain efficiency and quality.
Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, payer requirements, Joint Commission standards, and health system policies.
Assist management with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members; support retention initiatives.
