The role focuses on staff planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and building strong physician relations while delivering superior patient experiences and revenue-cycle awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of practice experience.
• 3 years of physician practice experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• ACMPE certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to precept and mentor other staff.
• Proven experience building successful physician relations.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and revenue cycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
• Develop staffing structures to support high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement coordinated care across the physician network.
