Job summary

The RN Supervisor at Corewell Health Zeeland leads a multi‑site OB/GYN practice, mentoring clinical staff, coordinating daily staffing and workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role partners with the Practice Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver high‑quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, are MI‑licensed RNs, have 2+ years clinical experience and 1+ year supervisory experience; ambulatory setting experience is preferred. Day shift, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN supervisory role in ambulatory OB/GYN.
• 2 years of relevant clinical experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Michigan RN licensure required (MI RN).
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff across multiple office locations.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to ensure efficient patient care.
• Mentor team members and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to drive operational excellence.
