AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the AltaMedPACE initiative across clinics. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and measure workflows, controls, and outcomes to achieve strategic goals and sustain high quality care.

The role requires formal project management education, strong data analysis, risk management, and change management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in data analysis and feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques preferred.
• Formal project management education required.
• Certification in project management or process improvement (green belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, implement, and execute AltaMedPACE PACE initiatives.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to improve workflows and processes.
• Measure and monitor processes, risks, and controls.
• Design programs, monitor effectiveness, and initiate corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication to ensure successful delivery of projects.
