Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Senior operational roles in large, complex hospitals or academic medical centers.
• Experience in tertiary/quaternary care environments preferred.
• Track record of top-decile performance and result delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and ancillary services.
• Oversee clinical, ancillary, and support functions with matrix reporting relationships.
• Establish operational priorities, performance expectations, and accountability structures.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient flow, throughput, access, and capacity management.
• Build culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement using data dashboards and KPIs.
• Partner with Finance on budget creation, capital planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins through growth and cost management.
