Prime Healthcare is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a hospital within its acute care family. The role leads executive-level operations and drives strategic initiatives to optimize performance across departments and facilities.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape operational infrastructure, oversee workforce decisions, and ensure effective processes to deliver high-quality patient care and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
• Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially
