This position reports to the Nurse Manager for Clinical Operations and emphasizes staff engagement, policy adherence, and effective communications to reduce bottlenecks while coordinating with site leadership for patient placement.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ required.
• BSN preferred; ASN must complete BSN within five years.
• 4+ years in Emergency Department or Critical Care Nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and optimize capacity across the system.
• Coordinate with Beds and Dispatch to prioritize bed placement and patient flow.
• Provide administrative support to Clinical Operations and report to Nurse Manager.
• Foster positive staff engagement and adherence to policies.
