Valley Health System is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant at The Valley Hospital-Paramus to support the Patient Care Center and Centralized Department. The role involves KPI monitoring, data management, information processing, and patient/dept support.

You will handle materials inventory, assist with educational and training activities, and perform unit-specific tasks. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; healthcare or medical terminology training is

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical terminology course preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred and computer experience required.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred and knowledge of Windows environment.
