Job summary

The Valley Hospital-Paramus is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Patient Care Center, Centralized Department and patients by monitoring KPI's, managing databases, processing information, and coordinating materials and training.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, medical terminology training, Windows experience, and strong communication and multitasking abilities in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical terminology training preferred.
• Previous comparable experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Computer experience required; knowledge of Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI's and support Patient Care Center and Centralized Department.
• Manage databases, process information, and provide patient/department support.
• Oversee materials/inventory and participate in educational/training functions.
• Handle unit-specific tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
