Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, relevant medical/administrative training, and experience in a healthcare setting, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal business/medical training preferred.
• Medical terminology course preferred.
• Previous comparable experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor KPIs and support the Patient Care Center and Centralized Department.
• Handle database management and information processing tasks.
• Provide patient/department support and coordinate materials/inventory management.
• Facilitate educational/training functions and assist with unit-specific tasks.
