Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks an Office Support Staff to provide administrative support to patients and the treatment team, handling front-desk inquiries and coordinating referrals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid and Mental Health First Aid within 30 days. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential. This non-exempt, on-site position offers training and growth within VOA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications required within 30 days.
• Two+ years experience supporting people in crisis or residential settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and greet visitors.
• Schedule clients for appointments and manage intake paperwork.
• Inform clients of required documents for appointments.
• Process client information changes and insurance data updates.
• Provide admin support for correspondence and reports.
• Process payments and support billing audits as needed.
