Qualifications

  • Two+ years experience supporting people in crisis or residential settings preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system and greet visitors.
  • Schedule clients for appointments and manage intake paperwork.
  • Inform clients of required documents for appointments.
  • Process client information changes and insurance data updates.
  • Provide admin support for correspondence and reports.
  • Process payments and support billing audits as needed.
