Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily non-clinical administrative operations of assigned office(s).
  • Supervises non-clinical office staff and trains scheduling teams.
  • Participates in policy development and ensures implementation, especially patient service.
  • Collaborates with billing to maximize revenue and ensures accurate front-end processes.
  • Manages provider schedules, patient flow, and office logistics to ensure a positive patient experience.
