Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years related experience.
• 2 years healthcare management experience.
• 1 year supervisory and billing experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train, assess competency of employees, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Monitor productivity, appraise performance, reward and discipline staff.
• Coordinate patient flow and office management with physicians and staff.
• Monitor Clinic Charge Master and codes; ensure accurate billing.
• Oversee supplies, inventory and budgeting processes; monitor costs.
• Maintain guest relations and handle patient complaints efficiently.
