Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory or healthcare experience, surgical preferred.
• Excellent organization skills and superb customer service acumen.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems, excellent physician relations skills.
• Ability to multi-task, provide exceptional attention to detail and handle a variety of patient issues and concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, practice revenue cycle, medical insurance, and medical practice services and routines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staff and provider schedules aligned with goals and budget.
• Lead staff performance management including coaching and appraisals.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure optimal patient and customer experience.
• Oversee payroll submission accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor scheduling, balance insurance issues and maximize provider time.
