Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with patient admissions, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical office operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Business Office team to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Direct supervision of non-medical personnel, including orientation, coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee human resources procedures and payroll processing liaison.
• Act as backup to all business office teammates and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage contracts with third-party payers and maintain office supplies/equipment.
