Epic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of the business office and ensure smooth operations for residents and families.

You will manage billing, collections, and resident accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with third-party payers while supervising office staff and supporting payroll and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager or similar healthcare admin role.
• Strong understanding of billing and insurance processes in long-term care.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Proficiency with office software and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the business office including billing and resident accounts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process insurance claims and coordinate with third-party payers.
• Supervise office staff and provide training and support.
• Coordinate communication between families, residents and staff.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling as needed.
