Qualifications

• 3 years of physician's office practice experience.
• Strong organization and communication abilities; EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access workflows including referrals for new and established patients.
• Coordinate daily staffing to meet procedure and customer needs; develop reports.
• Ensure accurate registration, scheduling, billing, insurance and referrals per processes.
• Collaborate with the care delivery team to support network goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support service recovery efforts.
• Support quality initiatives and patient communications.
