Job summary

Nexion Health, Meadowview Health & Rehab is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing operations and financial workflows in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include billing to payors, managing accounts receivable and the resident trust fund, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with timely communications to residents or their legal representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust fund management.

Responsibilities

• Bills facility charges to the payor, collects AR, and oversees the resident trust fund per policy and regulations.
• Oversees the resident trust fund reconciliations and provides regular statements to residents or legal representatives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
