Job summary

Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking a Business Office Manager in Hamilton, TX to oversee billing operations and responsibility for resident funds at the facility. The role requires experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and strong knowledge of AR/AP and trust fund management.

The BOM will ensure regulatory compliance, manage payor billing, and provide clear financial statements to residents or their representatives. This full‑time position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust fund management.

Responsibilities

• Bills facility charges to the appropriate payor, collects outstanding accounts receivables, and oversees the resident trust fund in accordance with Nexion policy and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversees the resident trust fund, including weekly and monthly reconciliations, safeguarding funds, and providing regular statements to residents or their legal representatives as required by state regulations.
• Maintains compliance with relevant regulations and provides accurate financial reporting.
