• Completes patient check-in by verifying information and preparing files.
• Completes patient check-out, taking and posting payments and charges.
• Enters payments into cash drawer and reconciles totals daily.
• Prepares bank deposits daily.
• Greet patients and visitors to the clinic.
• Performs general clerical tasks including preauthorization checks, deposits, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
• Provides general assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
