Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Massachusetts seeks an Administrator to plan, direct, and improve daily operations in the office, coordinating services for clients and staff. The role requires a licensed professional or an undergraduate degree with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in home care, plus strong communication and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliant, patient-focused service.

You will lead the development of programs, policies, and a Quality Assurance/Performance

Qualifications

• Must have undergraduate degree or licensed professional status (physician or nurse recognized)
• Experience in health service administration with at least 1 year supervisory/admin in home care or related health care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of business management practices

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the organizational structure
• Responsible for all day-to-day operations
• Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
• Provide direction in formulating programs and policies
