Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Ensure that all staff members receive adequate training and support to provide high-quality care
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes open communication and collaboration
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and resident outcomes to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed
• Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement outreach programs and services that support the health and well-being of our residents
