Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Provider Network Development Specialist to build and sustain a robust provider network that supports patient access and quality outcomes.

The role involves identifying, recruiting, contracting with Home Health Agencies, DME, and Infusion providers, negotiating terms, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with Operations, Credentialing, Compliance, Legal, and Provider Data Management teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in provider contracting, provider relations, network development, or healthcare business development.
• Experience negotiating provider agreements and reimbursement arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned service areas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, expand, and maintain a high-performing provider network.
• Identify, recruit, contract, and manage relationships with ancillary providers (HHA, DME, Infusion).
• Serve as liaison between the organization and contracted providers.
• Lead network expansion, negotiate contracts, ensure readiness, monitor performance, and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Credentialing, Compliance, Legal, and Provider Data Management teams.
