Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Network Development Executive to advance IHCS' provider network across Arizona and Colorado.

You will identify, recruit, and evaluate home health, home infusion, and DME providers to join our IHCS network, ensuring strategic fit and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of managed care concepts, and at least 4 years of contracting experience.

• Must have negotiation skills and contract language proficiency.
• Understanding of managed care concepts.
• 4 years of contracting experience.
• Residence in AZ or CO is required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit targeted providers in designated markets.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies and conduct contract negotiations.
• Lead development activities across markets and track recruitment progress.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure appropriate size and geographic distribution.
• Maintain provider relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and maintain key staff information at locations.
