Job summary

IHCS in the United States seeks a Senior Network Development Executive to expand the provider network across AZ and CO, recruiting home health, home infusion and DME providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will lead market development, manage provider relationships, credentialing workflows, and collaborate with plan partners to achieve growth milestones and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language.
• Understanding of managed care concepts.
• Knowledge of Contact Data Software, such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Must reside in AZ/CO.
• Recruit targeted providers in designated markets.
• Develop negotiation strategies and conduct contract negotiations (Home Health, DME, and IV).
• Lead development activities in new and existing markets and track recruitment progress.
• Advance IHCS in the provider market by negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage provider territories and evaluate performance from multiple perspectives.
• Collaborate with departments to implement provider agreements from initiation to approval.
