Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager – MEP Infrastructure Focus to join our Program Management and Construction Management team in North Texas, with bases in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston or Austin.

You will help plan, coordinate, and deliver MEP infrastructure improvements in active healthcare environments, including central utility plant work, air handlers, water system conversions, system upgrades, and building automation upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of healthcare construction or facilities infrastructure experience.
• Experience in active/occupied healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of healthcare capital projects, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal leadership.
• Assist with schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, reports, and client presentations.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings with agendas and action items.
• Monitor progress and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and changes.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase materials.
• Support construction administration activities including site observations and closeout tracking.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare standards, safety, infection prevention, and program management practices.
