Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing healthcare construction or capital improvement projects with a focus on MEP campus infrastructure.
• Experience working in active or occupied healthcare environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequence, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with project management or scheduling software is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and internal program leadership to plan, manage, and deliver healthcare facilities projects.
• Assist in planning and execution of projects including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and activity coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, and risk logs.
• Coordinate design and construction activities with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and track actions for client, user group, and project team meetings.
• Monitor progress and support change management related to scope, schedule, and budget.
