Job summary

STV Healthcare is seeking a Project Manager to lead MEP infrastructure improvements in active healthcare environments across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston or Austin. You will plan, coordinate and deliver complex MEP projects while partnering with clients, clinicians, designers, contractors and internal STV teams to keep critical work moving forward.

You will manage schedules, budgets and risk, support documentation and reporting, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards, infection prevention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5–8 years healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Experience in active/occupied healthcare environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, regulatory requirements, safety standards and infection prevention considerations.
• Ability to coordinate across clients, user groups, design teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management, scheduling or project controls tools is preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach; ability to anticipate needs and solve problems to keep project delivery on track.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of healthcare capital projects, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal program leadership to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Assist with project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, project reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings, including agendas, meeting documentation, action items, and follow-up coordination.
• Monitor project progress and support management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and change-related items.
• Review and coordinate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase materials.
• Support construction administration activities, including site observations, contractor coordination, closeout tracking and documentation of project status.
• Help ensure projects are delivered in alignment with healthcare-specific standards, safety expectations, infection prevention protocols, client requirements and established program management practices.
