• Texas PE license is required.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Mechanical Engineer or Engineer of Record on major healthcare projects.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, scopes, and client strategy planning.
• Manage financial performance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff and support performance reviews.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and delivery quality.
• Promote sustainable design strategies aligned with industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients for repeat business.
