Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; EIT required, PE preferred.
• 8–12+ years of healthcare or complex institutional building design experience.
• Experience leading project-level mechanical design and multi-discipline coordination.
• Proficiency with HVAC load calculations, layouts, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level mechanical design and coordination for healthcare facilities.
• Design HVAC systems, load calculations, layouts, and narratives.
• Coordinate BIM (Revit) models across disciplines for coordinated construction documents.
• Perform field surveys and support energy studies.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and QA reviews.
