Farnsworth Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer - Healthcare to lead multi-project HVAC, plumbing and specialty piping design for healthcare and lab facilities.

You will report to an Engineering Manager who provides mentoring and training to help you grow. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, 10–20 years healthcare design experience, and a PE license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–20 years of professional healthcare design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Healthcare design experience including plumbing and medical gases.
• Ability to lead a small team of engineers and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and specialty piping drawings and specs for submittal.
• Prepare schematics and final designs, calculations, equipment selection and layout.
• Mentor Junior Engineers.
• Coordinate with production staff.
• Engage in code research and application.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules while pursuing quality.
