Orange City Area Health System is seeking a Materials Manager to direct all functions of the Materials Management Department, including purchasing, inventory control, contract compliance, and vendor relations.

The role requires staff supervision and cost‑effective procurement of supplies, equipment, and services; ensures accurate records, coordinates contracts, and collaborates with hospital leadership to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years in inventory, supply chain, purchasing, or related field.
• Leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all functions of the Materials Management Department.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory management, contract compliance, and vendor relations.
• Manages vendor relationships and procurement to optimize pricing.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, purchasing, and stock master records; oversees purchase orders and invoice processing.
