Responsibilities

• Maintain service levels by monitoring the customer service email and phone line.
• Generate and analyze monthly productivity and supply chain reports.
• Ensure inventory and purchase orders are received, issued, and returned.
• Train new employees on receiving and central supply duties.
• Resolve errors with receipts, customer orders, and par levels.
• Improve supply chain processes, metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address internal and external customer needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
