Job summary

Qualifications

• Required – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred – Associates degree.
• Experience in inventory management or distribution role.
• Forklift certification only required if working at Warehouse District Row location within 30 days of hire.
• Supply Chain or Inventory Management Certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains service levels by monitoring email and phone lines for customers.
• Generates and analyzes monthly productivity and supply chain reports.
• Ensures inventory and purchase orders are accurately received, issued, and returned.
• Trains new employees on receiving and central supply duties.
• Resolves errors with receipts, customer orders, and par levels.
• Works to improve supply chain processes, metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and addresses internal and external customer needs.
• Performs other related duties as required.
