Preceptor Home Health & Hospice in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to lead outreach, build partnerships, and grow access to care.

You will manage referrals, negotiate contracts with payers and providers, analyze markets, and support budgeting and growth initiatives. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a company car, and a performance-based bonus structure, with room to expand within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required).
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement.
• Manage and grow relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals.
• Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Support leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets.
• Promote clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team.
• Represent the organization in the community to build awareness and trust.
• Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes.
