• Typically requires 5 years of experience in Home Health/Hospice/HME/Respiratory marketing and business development that includes experiences in developing and executing business development/sales plans to increase revenue, creating supportive marketing and communications materials, and performing competitive marketing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth by establishing relationships with healthcare providers and the community to generate hospice patient referrals.
• Partner internally with team members and operational leaders to drive census growth by establishing relationships with healthcare providers, and community to generate patient referrals.
• Build and nurture trust with key medical professionals, social workers, and care communities
• Deliver educational in-services to healthcare accounts, serving as a trusted community resource on hospice care benefits within the parameters of our organization.

• Demonstrates an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills to ensure smooth transition of care.
