Job summary

This role collaborates with Practice Managers, providers, and executive leadership to optimize performance, patient care, and financial goals within the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of physician practice management and payer relations and credentialing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, and operational leadership.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, Availity and payer portals.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly between local market clinic locations.
